I think this is Block 19A Multi-Level Car Park with a coffee Shop at the ground floor, along Commonwealth Ave, opposite Ghim Moh. Kitchen fire. I past the place just before 4PM today 25th April 2008. No fire engine nor ambulance nor police were seen when I past on double-deck SBS bus.
